hbjee may request necessary documents at any time to verify identity, age, or payment method. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

hbjee's VIP program has three tiers and offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform.

5.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

hbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. The latest information on bonuses will always be available on the platform.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any attempt to harm hbjee through unusual or systematic exploitation in a game is detected, hbjee reserves the right to cancel those transactions and investigate the account.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified where necessary.

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• During a verification process in the interest of an investigation

8.2 Closure by User
